  7. You accept that the diagnosis or prescription provided by the RMP is solely based on the declaration made by you and the information provided during the virtual consultation, including patient notes or documents uploaded by you. If you provide any inaccurate information or fail to provide necessary information to the RMP, which leads to misdiagnosis, the RMP shall not be held responsible.
  8. You shall be responsible for following the instructions for the diagnosis provided by the RMP. If you disregard the RMP’s advice, the RMP shall not be held liable for any consequences.
  9. You should seek emergency help or follow-up care when recommended by the RMP or when you feel it is necessary.

  12. You understand that there are inherent risks involved in receiving medical services over a mobile/computer platform, which include:
    1. Information transmitted may not be sufficient (e.g., poor resolution of images) to allow for appropriate medical decision making by the RMP.
    2. Your RMP may neither be able to provide medical treatment to you nor arrange for care in an emergency.
    3. Delays in medical evaluation and treatment could occur due to deficiencies or failures of the platform.
    4. Security protocols could fail, causing a breach of privacy of your confidential medical information.
    5. Delays in scheduled timings may happen due to unavoidable circumstances like the RMP being occupied with prior professional obligations.
