Dr. Vijaya Savithri, working as a Consultant Psychiatrist at Sakra World Hospital, Bellandur has more than 20 years of rich and varied experience. She also has considerable experience in mentoring and life coaching. She has the ability to establish instantaneous rapport with her patients & naturally puts them at ease. She is also known for her patience & calm demeanor. She worked as a Consultant Psychiatrist at Chinmaya Mission Hospital and Mallya Hospital from 2002 till a few years back. 

She is currently practicing at Lotus Diagnostic Centre, Koramangala with whom she has been associated for 20 years. She is equally at ease handling both childhood and geriatric cases and her clientele ranges in age from nine to ninety. Her focus is mainly on anxiety disorders affecting the current generation of working individuals, though she's also adept at catering to individuals suffering from bipolar disorders and schizophrenia.

She also deals in marital counselling, pre & post-divorce counselling, counselling for children & adolescents. Additionally, she does stress management & workplace stress therapy. She also espouses the virtues of pet therapy.
She completed her DNB in Psychiatry from NIMHANS in 2002.
