Heavy sweating, contaminated food/water, and irregular habits have caused a reported 20% rise in gastrointestinal problems like stomach infections, acidity, diarrhea, and electrolyte imbalance. To stay hydrated, try to consume 3–4 litres of water daily, use ORS or coconut water, avoid street food, eat fresh home-cooked meals, and limit sun exposure.
