Google is the new nanny to put a person to sleep! When a person instructs, “Google, good night,” it puts the next day work list on priority and proceeds to play pleasant songs, like nature or inspired music for next one hour. The songs or sounds puts a person to relax mood automatically and make them fall asleep.
The question arises how nature-based music helps a person sleep quickly? Dr Shantanu Tandon, ENT specialist, sleep apnea and Sr consultant at Sakra World Hospital answers the question with an interesting fact that any low amplitude can help anyone to fall asleep. He also added, “Not to keep any electronic devices near you during sleep for various reasons.”
Nature-inspired music helps to improve both the quality and quantity of sleep. Listening to instrumental music is advised for better sleep.
