Dr. Khalida Parveen Adnan

Dr Khalida with more than 10 years of experience, is one of the eminent and distinguished Clinical Biochemist in India. After finishing her MD from Kasturba Medical College-Manipal University, she pursued her training on international standard ISO 15189-2012 and implemented the quality in her work right from the beginning of her career. Before joining Sakra, she worked as consultant at HCG hospital-Bangalore for almost three years. At HCG, she got expertise in all tumor markers, Serum electrophoresis and Immunofixation tests. Her endless zeal for quality got her expertise in ISO 15189- 2012, CLSI and CAP checklists. Within 3years of her professional career she got empaneled as a technical assessor in NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories) and certified team lead in CAP (College of American Pathologist) with a score of 100%.

Dr. Khalida Parveen Adnan completed her undergraduate medical degree from Yenepoya Medical College, Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and pursued her MD in Clinical Biochemistry from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal University.
Dr Khalida’s strong determination and endless zeal to improvise the quality of tests and laboratory management has pursued her to successfully complete the national and international certifications.

Dr Khalida has more than 10 years of experience and her areas of expertise encompass the entire spectrum of clinical biochemistry, laboratory and quality management systems which makes her one of the most recognized biochemists in India.
Her expertise in serum electrophoresis and immunofixation has been recognized all over India and she has always fetched 100% score in the CAP PT activity.
She has achieved a 100% score in all the events of CAP PT survey for Tumor markers and Ligand assay during her tenure in the CAP-accredited laboratory.
She is well versed with international standards (ISO 15189-2012) and guidelines (CLSI) on laboratory management. She ensures the quality management system is designed and implemented in compliance with the international standards.

Dr. Khalida has numerous publications to her credit in various nationally and internationally acclaimed peer-reviewed journals.
